CREELEY ROAD ADDITION AND RENOVATION

The project consists of an addition to a two-story, 2,300 square foot Colonial Revival house built in 1913, a new garage, and patio. The second floor of the house is renovated to configure a primary bedroom suite, bedroom, bath, and art studio. The addition includes a mudroom, bath, laundry, family room and screen porch on the first floor and covered roof deck on the second.
