A feasibility study involving a small addition to a 1974 spec office building. The addition, which contains a new atrium lobby, toilet facilities, and an elevator, aims to resolve the most serious accessibility issues in the building, while offering new office space on each of the three floors of the building. A renovation of the existing building includes a new heating and cooling system and improvements to the existing exterior envelope.
