Winch Street Addition — Big Bend Studio

WINCH STREET ADDITION

The project consists of a two-story addition to a one-story house (with a basement) built in 1917. The spaces included are an entry hall and mudroom, family room, garage, two-story screen porch, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. The addition reorients living space to take advantage of solar exposure. It is a quiet extension that tries not to compete visually with the modest existing house.
